#WhatSheWants was launched for Mother's day, and was the first mobile compatible competition. Fans were able to win an item a day up until mother's day, and the hashtag was used on Social Media (Carr, 2012). KORS VALENTINES was created for iMessage where users can use ‘Korsmojiis’ a twist on regular emojis, bringing the brand into the modern day and possibly connecting with younger consumers. The app has no reviews, suggesting low downloads (VALENTINES and Snaps Media, 2017). The Instagram Stories are used to advertise Michael Kors access watches range, and is posted everyday.
